Guidelines for your Dance Wear:

Return's and Exchange Policy:

Off the shelf items may be exchanged within 20 days of date of purchase, provided they are returned in the same condition and packaging in which they were purchased. Made to order items are not exchangeable and a 50% deposit is required.

We are happy to repair or alter customised items if they have quality or sizing issues

NON -returnable items:

- Underwear

- Hair Accessoriees

-  Ballet Tights / Stockings

Delivery of Returnable and Exchanged Items 

Dance Gear Boutique will pay for half the *delivery costs for all exchangeable goods to and from the original delivery destination premises that are within all major city centers in South Africa.

Time Period for Made up Items:

Depending on quantity, items made to order require 

  +/- 1 week.  However, during peak times of festivals, shows and competitions, orders should be placed one to two months prior to required date.

Terms And Conditions

 

The order must be paid in full at time of ordering and a Proof of Payment must be e-mailed before the order will be processed. 

We will try very hard to ensure that the price quoted for  your customised order is accurate but the price of the order will need to be validated by us as part of our acceptance procedure.

Many Ballet teachers enforce strict dress codes even for their youngest dancers.
Some teachers assign particular colours for leotards or a certain style.
Ask before you start shopping.
Teachers often have a preference for a particular shoe. Some teachers prefer their students to dance bare foot or with paws or foot undies, while others require a particular jazz shoe.
Some teachers allow rhythmic shoes or canvas ballet shoes.
Check with your dance teacher before you start shopping.
